Dinner tonight....

ok…so last night donnie wasnt very excited about the “seafood stuff” and asked that I cook something “regular” tonight…so here ya go…is this regular enough for a country boy?

slow cooked some fresh pork with sweet vidalia onions and fresh mushrooms…took juice mushrooms and onions from pork and made a gravy…bought cleaned and cooked collards today with some smoked ham and ham juice in it ( I always save ham pieces and juice when I bake a ham and freeze it for later.)

he’s half asleep on the couch now so must have been ok:wink:

hope he liked it because he’s having it for dinner tommorow night too:smiley:…cooks on strike on wed. nights:smiley:
