flounder fillet as big as my plate??? yes please! baked it with my favorite way of breading fish back up north. put a good amount of honey andd some milk in a bowl and microwave about 15 seconds so the honey is thin andd stir it up. rinse the fish off with water and coat with flour. after flour, wet in milk/honey then bread with crushed ritz crackers. by far my favorite for deep fryin and worked fine baked too.
