Disney

I am taking the wife and daughter to Disney this November/December and want to know if yall can give up any advise on cheap tickets and so on. I have found a beautiful hotel, which I have stayed at before. It is $140 a night and the 4th night is free due to promotions of renovations. I can’t believe how much tickets are! $1000 for the 3 of us. CRAZY!

A hop skip and jump away from everything.

“Plan like you will live forever but live like you will die tomorrow.”

Took the kids last year, stayed at the Contemporary. If you think the ticks are expensive, wait till you order lunch at the park. 80-100 bucks for burgers, dogs, fries, and drinks(no alcohol) for the 4 of us. WOW. Discovery Cove was reely sweet, alex got to swim w/dolphins. Don’t think your daughter is quite old enough yet, but she will love sea world if you get a chance to go. Whale, dolphin, sealions shows that are geared to the kids. I think out trip to Costa Rica will cost about the same as our trip to Orlando. Sick huh? They got sum kinda racket down there. Good luck and have fun! It’s all about them, so don’t think too much bout the $$$.

If you drive around Orlando (Close to the World Marriot I know there was one in the CVS parking lot) you can find Ticket booths and buy those tix at a discounted rate. We did it for 6 adults 2 years ago and got park hoppers for 3 days and saved about 25/day/person. Food prices in the park are INSANE! If your kids like animals do the Animal park and take the safari I got some awesome pix on that ride. Plenty of kid friendly things on I-Drive for night time too (putt-putt and such). Also, if you want a great meal that want break the bank go to Vito’s Chop House. Looks swanky but it’s real casual. The have from spagetti and meatballs to ginormous porterhouse’s. Dessert tray is ridiculous too!

You gonna talk or FISH!

Michael-

Call the front desk at your hotel. When Agatha and I went down there, we just planned to buy tix at the gate, but found we could buy them MUCH cheaper at the hotel if we were willing to buy all of our tickets at once. Plan to spend at least a morning in the Animal Kingdom…it’s well worth it.

seemed to me that EVERY place that offered cheap tickets(including hotel lobbies) there was the “catch” come sit in on my timeshare tour for only 1 hour and you’ll get %15 off tickets. if you are fortunate to find truly discounted prices, let us know.
