Drifted the Diversion Canal this morning from 6:30 to 11:00. The Cats were hitting a little slow since the current was minimal, but we managed to fill a 120qt cooler by 11:00. We were using my Bass 7’ rods with 14# test and Shrimp for bait.
At first I was catching 3 to her 1, but she finally got the hang of it and ended up 3 to 1 on me, and caught the biggest too…
