Dove on some new found territory in 90’, decent looking bottom but just wasn’t holding any shootable fish. There were loads of sea bass, a few triggers, a couple of just under slot grouper and a few sharks. The visibility was awesome, I could start seeing the bottom once I was 25’ below the surface. Added a couple of pics that I pulled from the video from the GoPro video camera I have mounted on my speargun because I know some of you guys like to see what it looks like down there, as you can see there is no shortage of BSB.
vis was definitely in the top five of dives I’ve done in Charleston. There was absolutely no current either. Guys on the boat were using 2 ounce sinkers fishing and they were going straight down. I was also happy with the video, this is the first time I have used the GoPro in the ocean and the first time since mounting it on my gun. I just wish I would’ve gotten an action shot shooting something, maybe next time I will get that.

Not sure what kind it is but I was surfacing on our first dive and saw the guys on the boat fighting it from about 60 feet down and followed it up to the surface.
That looks sick! If you ever need a buddy to go sometime let me know! Have all my own gear and a few nice spots as well
