So, past weekend did a couple of projects.
Put additional sea Dek on the bow. When I had it installed I didn’t think about doing the little section outside the anchor locker but that s where I fish from more often than not so figured it was worth adding for comfort. I had some left over so I cut a piece to put on top of the console so my phone and stuff wouldn’t slide around. I also bought and installed a VHF radio and connected it to my GPS and got and programmed in a MMSI number. I’m going to get out more to some nearshore reefs and even bough I have a handheld vhf I figure having a console mounted with antenna and the handheld as a spare makes sense.
I also put the pliers/line holder on the windscreen to keep things tidy and easy to get to. Enjoyed doing it, gotta think of some more projects.
