Jerms, MadMike, flatscaster and I just got back on Monday from a four day DIY trip to Flamingo in Everglades National Park. The trip was awesome fishing mornings in Florida Bay and afternoons back in the glades, over the course of the trip we got eaten alive and hotwired the outboard a time or two but we stayed on the fish and had a hell of a time catching tarpon, snook, big trout, redfish, and even one random mangrove snapper. Did it right and didn’t pack a spinning rod. Below is a link to one of the tarpon from day 2. Flatscaster is on the rod, and MadMike and Jerms are scramblin on the deck, hope you enjoy!

Pretty work boys! Any of that info do you any good Jerms?
Oh yes. Thanks a ton for that. We didn’t get to all of it, but it certainly made a difference! There is so much water, you could fish it for a lifetime and only scratch the surface.
A long long slow walk in the spartina gives you time to think big thoughts and put your mind back into order.
