Anyone interested in some fiberglass anchor poles. I bought in on the last group order and made 4, but could use a couple of more. I will be happy to facilitate this time and can deliver in Columbia or Charleston upon arrival. Just shoot me a PM with what you want, and if we can get 25-35 poles in an order I will move forward.
Also, I have been using 2 for the past 2 years and it has worked phenomenal on my skiff. Holds the Whaler at the beach without using an anchor, and let’s you push around the oyster flats and stop when you want. It also worked awesome on the Ride 115 kayak as a push pole and anchor pole while stalking the flats.
Did you make a “push” end for one of them? That would definitely be a suitable push pole standing in a yak, just needs a good end. I bought a couple last year, may want to get another couple. How much were they?

I’ll be in for some. I can get a number later. When do you plan on making the order? I want to check if my brother wants some.
I’d guess 3-4 for me at this point.
Either black for white.
Interested but confused on what all is included with the order. Are we just getting poles and then have to order hardware on our own? Thanks for coordinating and putting up with what may be stupid questions! I’ll be off line all of next week on a mission trip so will not be able to confirm anything then.
I’m possibly interested depending on the details. Would the tip and t-handle be included as available items in the group buy? And, would the 2’ and 4’ extension sections be included as part of the group buy?
I don’t need another long pole, but am interested in building a short one just to use at the beach.
Sorry for the late reply. Been down on James Island on vacation all week.
The plan was to order 20-23 poles to meet the 70 pound limit on oversize goods to keep the pole cost down. I can order more than one package depending on how many poles we end up with, and can do white or black.
The hardware can be ordered separate, but to be honest I don’t think the shipping is going to be any savings buying in a group, it’ll just be a lot of work for me to deal with. I would be happy to coordinate, but I think everyone ordering their own hardware and accessories will be easiest with more happy people. Once we figure out how many poles we have, if I can stuff the box to get to 70 pounds with parts we can do that.
Ok, so it looks like we have a few committed so far. Based on the attached chart of who wants what, we are at 18. That should be good to keep shipping at around $1.75 per rod, but we could still add 5 more and spread out the shipping. Let me know how the attached looks, and we can start finalizing the order and start getting money sent my way. I will pm each of you with your total after everyone has a chance to look and make sure I got it right. We will also be getting the 10% discount on the white/black rods since we are ordering more than 10.
No problem, I have you down for 2 now as well. I hope the previous response answered your question about the mounting clips. Those are extra, and accessories can be ordered on your own with minimal shipping cost. I will note, that I saw a set of clips for sale at Hadrells the other day for a reasonable price. Looks like a mounting kit for the Stick-It anchors.
