Looking to outfit my 12’6" SUP with some gear to make it fishing capable for the summer. Has anyone does this on the cheap? Am thinking a small cooler with some sort of rod holders attached. Let me know of any do’s and dont’s you’ve encountered. Thanks!
I prefer stick-on accessories to drilling holes, but that’s a personal preference.
This year I’m excited about using my board more during flood tides bc I picked up one of these Bonefish HIppies fins:
My suggestion would be the smallest cooler you can find, with a non-skid base (cut up your wife’s yoga mat she won’t mind). Then attach your rod holders to the cooler.
