I’m glad they made the publications easier to find, last time i tried to find them, it took a while, there’s a lot of good information in there
DNR is also going to promote “Family Fishing Clinics” for those who want to learn the basics, and I mean the basics, on how to get started fishing. I went to a DNR course in Columbia, along with about 17 others from across the state, and we are now volunteer “Certified Fishing Instructors” for DNR. Clinics will be between 2 to 3 hrs long, including some fishing time. Check the DNR website for times and locations. I’m looking forward to passing along what others taught me.
