do cemetary plots, in So Carolina have a deed?

like a deed for a house?
or is it just an agreement between the owner of the cemetary, and the owner of the specific plot?

I think they all have a deed, cause it’s like a peice of land that is purchased.

</font id=“quote”></blockquote id=“quote”>Just an agreement for interment.

Mine has language like, “to be used for no other purpose and in all respects and at all times subject to the By-Laws rules and regulations…”

My father bought several plots in a cemetery…I still have the deeds.

Yes, in GA they have a deed. Don’t know about SC.
