My daughter and I went back to our not so secret dock to fish Friday afternoon’s incoming tide. We caught 9 spottails ranging from 14"-29".
All were caught on fresh caught finger mullet and menhaden. We released all of them unharmed. We also had 2 breakoffs. Only fished about 2 hours. The bite was really on. Love this time of year !
I know what you mean about the hat. I’m not fond of all the other team hats and shirts I see on here either. I am Tennessee Alumnus, so we wear our Tennessee orange with pride because I actually went to school there. One thing we can agree on is the great fishing we all enjoy here in the Low Country!
Good job, JT. I always enjoy your posts with your daughter and you. Y’all have two of the four F’s covered, family and fishing. The other two are (of course)food and football. Good stuff, man.
“I’m not a hundred percent in love with your tone right now…”
