Does anybody know of any public docks on the Charleston peninsula that are open to fishing? If so, are there any regulations in place at that dock?

Brittlebank is on the peninsula, no special regulations, you just need a saltwater fishing license.
You can fish from the battery downtown too.
You better let us know if you start catching fish.
There aren’t any laws on the battery are there? I imagine there are…

There are two public fishing piers on the Ashley. One at Cosgrove and another at Maryville I think. Also one at palmetto county park in Mt pleasant and one at a park by James island yacht club. Another at James island county park.
Olde Man Charters
Demetre Park on James Island has a nice public dock. Been some good reports from there recently. Google it for directions.

My uncle used to go there all the time and never had any issues. I think it’s all clear.
