Umbrella rigs are starting to catch on here on Hartwell. In fact Capt Mack Farr is at Grady’s Outdoors this weekend for their spring sale. Very nice guy and very very helpfull. I would suggest his video to anyone that is intersted in umbrella rigs.
I picked up some a couple of years ago and got a lot of funny looks from my buddies. They do catch fish, to me not as fun as live bait on abu 6500’s but they do produce. You need to buy a couple and first and foremost do not worry about loosing the things. Most of the time you can pull them free with the knocker wieght you can also buy for around $10.
Good luck and let me know if you need anymore info
