Where are all the fresh water fishermen? Hardly any one posts there.

I live in Columbia but have not fished fresh water in probably 5 years. As hard as it is to get to the coast anymore, I may have to learn how to fish the rivers around Columbia.

I know a couple of young pups in my neighborhood go to the GCR and say they are catching bass. However, I can’t confirm because I haven’t seen any proof. Guess I’m gonna have to apprehend a boat some how and go find out.

Freshwater fishing is better than it’s been in a long time. First cast with a black and yellow beetle spin(no cricket piggy backed) landed this one. ACE basin rivers have a lot to offer!! Boat or no boat. Ultra light tackle is the way to go! Unless you want to target some of our nice catfish.
