Seems they like them faster in the water as well!! Drop it down far and reel up really fast!! We caught some fat ones last year but they wouldn’t take the jig unless you reeled up as fast as you could. Nice catch those are some pigs there, def need some rest after pulling in those pigs. I agree with pink.
