Left the dock at 9:15, we had a good report of yellowfin tuna biting straight out, put 9 lines out and by 10:00 had a double Blue Marlin hookup, of course, one went left and the big one, easily over 400 lbs went right. With 50 lb line and 100 lb leader, it got exciting real quick. O.L. was on the big one and she did quit the jumping display for several minutes. His brother in law Mike had the other one, fought it for about 15 minutes before it broke off. We had 5 billfish bites, several mystery knockdowns and caught 2 dolphin and never did find the tuna. We stayed shallow just off the Elbow drop in 1500 to 2500 feet of water. Been in the Abacos two weeks and this is the second day of fishing we could do because the weather has been super windy. Try it again tomorrow and probably Friday. Sorry, no time to take a pic.
Oops, I do have pics. We got a new tow cam and it was on the left flat when the Marlin, both marlin came up. The first one just looked it over, the bigger of the two, then the smaller one came up and ate it. As soon as I find out how to post it I will. First time we ever used it when we were fishing, awesome to see. It was 33 minutes after we put our lines out.
Please post - I’d like to see that…
same here…would love to see that.
Nice
that is a MUST SEE. been watching the sharks on discovery channel, on their tow cams. man those Makos are quick and agile

Hey guys, just got back from Bahamas, guys at Gilznfinz are going to shorten it up for me so I can post it, give me couple days. Thanks Capt Joe Capt Adam Paul from GilznFinz picking the dvd on Monday, should have it on line by end of week
Looking forward to it, Cap!
Fianlly got the video done. The first couple pics on video are from the towcam, however, we could not copy the underwater shots on video, the rest of the clip is from two days later with the boss catching a nice blue and some of the other fish we caught off San Salvadore

Hey Adamada,
We were at Seaspray when you guys were there. I think we were leaving as ya’ll came in. Saw your boat - felt like we were close to home
We fished in the N. up around Spanish pullin lines, nothin… did some diving up that way (Awesome!) but most of it in the south. weather was snotty most days. had a good time … the kids did all the diving and got some tasty meals. Them youngins’ are much better at diving than me… Think I’ll just drive the boat…
(hope the video link works)
Nice Video! Thanks for sharing.
