Lines in the water around 8am. 380 line in 170’ for starters. Worked our way out to 300’ and found a degree temp break that was slick. Picked off a few dolphin then pushed out to 600’ where most of the fleet was following Capt. Mike around hoping to catch some of the dolphin like mosquitos to a buglight. Headed back and ended the day with a triple back in 320’ on the same break. Ended the day with 19 mauis in the box, largest 32 lb. Highlight of the day was when a big blue came up on the right long. The fish popped the clip then charged straight at the boat, head out of the water, bait dangling in her mouth. Awesome sight, unfortunately I couldn’t reel fast enough to keep up. Had two guys onboard that had never been before and they had a blast. Good job to all the boats that caught bills today.

good stuff tips. those blue marlins are always following you around. i’m starting to think that all of your hair products must put off a good scent. i wouldn’t do any swimming out there until we investigate further.
Nothing more than luck…take all your change out of the right pocket and put it in your left, turn your hat around backwards…

Nice work Swamp. You certainly do have a thing for the Blue ones. Did that one happen to come up on your favorite little lure?

SB,
I’ve got your lucky black shirt. The blue came up on a blue squitch.
