Looking back at some photos, this was taken on a cell phone so im not sure how to repeat the result, nor do I know much of anything about photography, but, check out the tail of the grub hanging off the jig.

the hook on that plug did the same thing… just slow exposure speed im pretty sure.
If using an HDR setting, this can happen as well. I had several “ghosts” on my old iphone camera using HDR. I believe the camera takes 3 pics (at, below, and over exposed) and makes 1 pic from them all, thus movement can be captured and two “images”.
