The lesson from yesterday’s trip is that helps to have more than one “spot” in an area. I worked my way to the spot I wanted to fish only to find another boat already there, catching fish, he caught 2 while I was going by him. Went up the creek to a spot I had caught a few fish at a long time ago. Ended up finding a little creekmouth loaded with nice reds from 17-25 inches. Non stop action until the tide covered the oysters at the point. I also think the weather we are having today had the fish turned on yesterday. Hopefully the bite will still be active Friday.
