Fished yesterday in drizzling rain off and on. Started with a. real slow morning. The rain was mild didn’t soak me and I hung in there. 18.5 flounder and 27.5 red that was tagged. Fish were caught on artificial.

I like the scamps better than the gags, especially frozen.

I thought by the kiss marks that was a gag, should have checked the tail. Nice fish
I’m pretty sure the gags are open season from May thru July this year
There is a 1 fish per man limit and a 2 fish per boat limit now as I understand it.

The tail tells the story for sure.Hard keeping u with the new bag and size limits. As of July 1st only 1 red. Guess tagging comes in handy fr fishing.
