I have no interest in this listing at all. I just came across it while going through some property listings and thought it sounded like a good deal from what I’ve heard slips costing in years past. Of course I know nothing about drystacks.
Just putting this out there for anyone who might be looking.
Monthly regime $100. Boat slip will accommodate approx. a 30ft boat. Bank owned.
They are all over the place in Florida. It isn’t anymore “air” as compared to a regular condo or high-rise. This seems like a great deal to me.
Only disadvantage to owning v. renting are special assessments. I would definitely want to know how often they have to dredge (if ever) and any other major projects coming up.
Yes that’s a great price - that unit probably sold for $60,000 back when the economy was good. That’s a great marina. If you can afford it, a dry stack makes boating easy and hassle-free.
jtm - no special assessments at DI Marina in the past 5 years that I’ve owned a dry stack over there.
