you can now purchase the stamp online for 27.50 and hunt without it signed across the face of stamp just another way for them to collect more money remember not to long ago you better not hunt ducks without a signed duck stamp or you would receive a ticket now with the internet and another 2.50 you can purchase online and don’t have to sign it until you receive it then it must be with you
