got out at 8 am, tried the bay behind goat island and many creaks around breach inlet. Only had one bite and it was a small flounder on big eyed jig and trout trick. Trying to get my fishing buddy (grandson) a trout or red. This is his second trip.
Man had many of days like that back there but had some good ones in between. Keep at it and he will get his first one

Thanks onthewater, I have caught many here in the fall on finger mullet, but this is my first year fishing winter/early spring. Everywhere we fished water temp was 57. Do I need to go further up the creeks?
