Easy Big Calzone for lunch

ok…time for lunch…lets see

2 rolls of french bread dough
1 bag of frsh spinach(or could use frozen)
1 egg white
4 oz fetta cheese
4 0z italian shredded cheese
2 boneless/skinless chicken breast cubed
1 6 0z jar of marinated artichokes
1 jar "classico"florentine spinach and cheese sauce

preheat oven to 350
lightly spray a baking sheet/ pan

cube chicken and lightly brown in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil or spray…set aside (I cooked more for wraps tommorow:smiley:)

gently steam /saute spinach
drain artichoke hearts and chop, place in bowl
crumble fetta cheese in bowl add in shredded italain cheese
drain spinach and add to bowl
add cubed chicken

roll out the french bread dough on floured surface until very thin

spoon a little of the sauce on middle of rolled out dough
place mixture from bowl on top of this
fold dough over and pinch edges down,cut 4-5 slits in top to vent
brush top with egg white and place on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until done
