Fished two locations off the ICW, North of IOP. Spot tail aka Redfish are easily had pretty much all the time.
Fished from 7am to 12pm, buddy and I got bored of catching Redfish from 1lb to 6 lbs. we tried exclusively for Flounder caught a couple just barely legal size, they were released to grow, a few black drum mixed in as well on shrimp. Trout were picky, a few were caught as ll with shrimp and mud minnows. Tried for some sheephead, pain in da butt pinfish and small sea bass were thick around pylons.
All fish released to swim another day, back at it this weekend.
