Went out today during low tide on some short grass flats (drive to places) to pick up some fiddlers for future use, and I was pleasantly surprised at the sheer numbers scampering around. It was a perfect scenario as they were still cool from the high, cool water that was previously covering them, so they were as easy to catch as I have ever seen. Picked up 300+. Now just waiting for the tides to settle down to concentrate on some sheeps. I will have a smorgasborg of fids, mussels, and oysters.
