eggplant parmesan
dip eggplant in beaten egg, then shake in a ziplock of italian bread crumbs. lightly brown in small amount of olive oil(or you can bake). place sauce of your choice( can use a jar one) in bottom of casserole dish then eggplant and mozerrela/parm. cheese( I like to get the 5 italian cheese that comes pre-shredded)…repeat…bake until bubbly and brown:smiley:
ribs…no sauce—seasoned only
asparagus and shrooms
garlic bread
sweet tea
plain, simple easy dinner…
the ribs were for donnie who would have made a funny face if faced with just veggies:smiley:…and yes…no 'shrooms for him either
