Started the morning an hour and a half late, pulling away from the cut at 7:15. Picked up some nice menhaden in front of Ft Sumter. Ocean was nice and rolled out to the Edisto Banks area. NOTHING on the troll, not even a knockdown. Looked like a weedline was trying to form, but not a big one. Saw a bunch of big rays and even more jellyfish. Came back in to 100’ and caught some b-liners and other bottom groceries. Had a couple of mystery bites that cut through some wire rigs (39# test) late as we live baited the last of the menhaden Water Temp was 76.5-77. Current in 100’ wasnt bad and we could get straight up and down with 8 oz
Thanks for the report. Have not heard good reports yet out of Edisto banks lately, myself included.
