Took a friend to the river one day last week. His first trip fishing the Edisto. We caught a bunch of fish on Beetle Spins or Crickets under a slip float.
He kept some for a fish fry, and we released many others. Caught Bluegills, Redbreasts, Shell Crackers, Warmouth and Crappie. Also caught Spotted and Pumpkinseed Bream, Pickerel, Bass, Mudfish. If we had caught a Carp and a Gar too, guess we would have had the Edisto Supper Slam…
