Here are a few from my Edisto Vacation. I scoped out some new water.
If you fish in Edisto or going to Edisto please have a go at this fishing hole on Fishing Creek: 32.542139° -80.327458°
Fish the dock on a falling or rising tide. Also fish the rock wall. Fish the middle of creek bend for Trout.
Reds were in a Winter/Spring Pattern. Way up creeks and on creekbends with deep water or current breaks.
Lots of downed trees to fish everywhere. Tons of riprap, vcement pipes, car chassis, tires to fish. I don’t see that kind of stuff where I fish. Makes my area look snobby. Bring some Arky jigs with weed guard if you want to keep fishing for any amount of time.
Current riped out of the creeks and didn’t seem to have much of a slow tide. It was either ripping or dead tide. Water was 61 degrees and low visability. 1 ft at best. Caught on gulp.
