Edisto marina will be putting on a wahoo tournament on September 12th.
$250 entry plus various wahoo calcuttas.
Friday, September 11th:
Registration Open 5:00pm- 7:00pm
Captains Meeting 7:00pm
Saturday, September 12th:
Fishing Lines in : 6:00am.
Must be visible in creek by 6pm to weigh.
Scales Open 4:00pm-6:00pm
Awards 7:00pm
Live Music 6:00pm-10:00pm
Assuming 20 boats, what’s the payout? (Not including calcutta)

1st Place Heaviest Wahoo - $3,330
2nd Place Heaviest Wahoo - $1,110
3rd Place Heaviest Wahoo - $560

Two weeks notice kinda sucks but it is what it is.
All great tournaments have to start somewhere, sometime. It sounds like they are on the right track for the making of a great tournament, we are looking forward to it and are helping to spread the word!!

Thanks for posting this. Just an FYI though in case you know anyone over there at the marina…I called 2-3 times a DAY since Monday to try and get some slip info. I left messages, texted and e-mailed and got ZERO response. Since I have a new to me boat and had a few days off my thought was to leave it there for a couple of days, fish the tourney and come home. Zip, zero, zilch. Odd.
