That’s right. 2BOUTDOORS and myself took our cousins fom PA. Headed toward 226 and kept going. Ended up in 1350’ of water on a beautiful rip and trashy weed line. 10am on a black and red dolphin candy/ ballyhoo with wire leader in the prop wash a 23lb yellowfin bite. I thought they were extinct. We had more excitement over that fish than if we had caught a bill fish. Stuck around the weedline for the rest of the day on the 69-72 degree temp break catching and missing dolphin the rest of the day. Hot color was pink for the mahi. Somebody let me send you these pics so you can post them for me so everyone can see it’s actually a yellowfin and not a blackfin.

Fishhawk…I actually haven’t “been there” before. I’ve been fishing blue water for 23 years now and the YFT has always eluded me or even any boat I have ever been on. So in my book that is cause for excitement. Buuutt…For the record 2Boutdoors posted first and I didn’t read his post so the double post wasn’t intentional.

10-4. Just giving you a hard time.
But to be totally honest, I’m not sure I’d feel safe being 60 miles offshore with someone who can’t even figure out how to post a picture on this website.
that’s funny:smiley: I don’t own the boat though. I rig baits, run the spread and clean stuff. I be da mate not da capt. Last I checked riggin’ baits did not require computer literacy.
