Emptied fuel tank/cleaned/etc, priming ?

Best way to prime system is my question?, I emptied and cleaned 120 gallon fuel tank and replaced all hoses, fittings, fuel water separaters etc, I have twin mercury outboards would it be best to put airhose to vent on tank and push gas threw fuel water separaters or fill them first or just pump bulbs after filling filters?.. my guess is push gas with air pressure like the way I emptied tank?.. ur thoughts?..

I use the vacume oil pump tank that I use to change the oil in my inboards with and suck it !

fill separators first. Then pump bulbs
