Took my skiff out over the weekend, cruising along doing fine then she stopped running. Have a Yamaha 50 4 stroke, the prime ball was collapsed. loosened the fuel cap and it would sit and idle but when I started running it would shut down, ball collapsed each time. Took the fuel line off the tank and dropped it inside the tank and it ran all the way back to the landing with no issue. Any suggestions on what the issue might be?

LOL. until i started smearing grease up the pee hole, i couldn’t tell you the times i’ve gotten one of the tiny black dobbers in it. Even several inches up.
Broke out my evaporative cooler last week and 6 of the 8 nozzles had been clogged up by dobbers.
