I had this with fish last night, and since we love it so much I figured I’d share it. SUPER EASY and DELICIOUS!
Boil some new potatoes. Drain when done.
Add enough butter to whole potatoes to keep them from being dry, add Bad Byron’s Butt Rub seasoning. Stir it up, busting up the potatoes but leave them kind of chunky.
The more Butt Rub you add, the spicier it will get:imp:. Goes good with anything you could imagine eating potatoes with. You can also top it with a little sour cream.
We buy the combat size since we use it alot, but a smaller jar is available. Piggly Wiggly carries it, but I’m not sure who else.
