entry into bulls bay?

Going to fish the creeks leading into Bulls Bay coming from Charleston. I know it gets pretty skinny in some areas, any good advise on a safe route into some of them creeks?

Checkout Google Earth. If you are going in from the north end, you can take the creek to the right as soon as you reach the right-hand bend in the ICW just up from Buck Hall. If you are coming from the south, there are several points of entry. Most are navigable hi or low tide. The tricky part is when you actually enter BB. You can go from 10’ to 1’ real quick. Go slow until you get the lay of the land.

Thanks DF I will check it out.

I can vouch for this.

What advice do you guys have for dealing with the 10’ to 1’ transitions? Trim motor all the way and pole? Go at dead low tide to see where you get stuck at?

that place looks like on giant sand bar, take plenty of water for when you are stranded.
