Exxon on the corner of Ladson Rd. and Dorchester sells ethanol free gas for those in Summerville. I went in to thank/encourage the manager, she was very knowlegable on the subject. She said they will have ethanol free gas there for the forseable future. They have a different supplier than most of the other Exxons around.
If you get a chance, please stop in and say hello and tell her about this website. Maybe she’ll put an add on here and we can start an anti-ethanol trend. Ethanol is just WRONG.

I’ll do that Tarpoon. Thanks for info.
On another thread here about Ethanol someone said that Walmart sold Star Tron ( Marine type ) fuel treatment. I live in Woodruff - close to Greenville. Went to a Walmart in G’ville yesterday and they don’t carry it. I wonder if Walmart has it just down around the coast. I know Charleston Marine has it but it’s probably easier to get to a Walmart in\or around MP… Where have y’all bought it down there…? Thanks.
Lil’ Cricket on Yeamans Hall in Hanahan lacks the sign on the pumps. I asked the clerk and she didn’t know if thier gas was ethanol free or not. Another customer said that they had to put a sign on the pump if it contained ethanol. But for a while stores were sellin Low Sulfur Deisel and had Ultra Low Sulfur Deisel stickers on the pups. Not sure about this store yet. $2.37/gal by the way.

Cummins, is that Blue Jay, or Red Robbin @ Woodruff rd? The Little Ciicket on Main St. in Mauldin has pure Gasoline. I’ve heard all Crown and Hess are pure Gasoline. Not sure though? The Texaco @ 85 and Herron Circle (Spartanburg) has pure Gas. I was replying to another topic, about Seafoam, in this thread, and I bet he has Ethanol issues! Jerry’s Store on Fork Shoals rd. in Simpsonville, also has pure Gas. Seeya Scott
St. John’s Yacht Harbor on the stono river under the bridge has a brand new fuel dock and store opening late June early July and will be selling NON-Ethanol fuel.
Lake Hartwell Marine Center on Hwy 24 has vowed to change over to ethanol free ASAP. Cliff Bowman is the owner and realized it was causing a problem with boats(he is right at the entrance to Portman Marina) so he is going to have gas without ethanol this week.
I have been told to add Starbrite Starton to the tank to combat this, not big on fuel additives but if is needed
