Read an article in the Newsless Courier this past Sunday about ethanol and its effects on boat motors and fuel cells. There was an interview with Rusty from Russels Exxon in there. Long story short, Russels no longer sells ethanol free gas. Interview must have taken place a long time ago.

Shem Creek Marina has 89 octane ethanol free. I keep my boat there and they have had ethanol free for at least 3yrs.
This is not 100% up to date but here is ethanol free gas stations in SC.
If you are on the water,Toler’s Cove Marina has always had ethanol-free gas.

100% sure they have Ethanol Free gas at St. John’s Yacht Harbor (87 Octane) for $4.12 per gallon. Diesel is the same price. Not bad for on the water.
St. John’s is the old Buzzard’s Roost Marina on the Stono, just up from Elliott Cut.

Pungo 120I am building a new tank now and adding a fitting that I can easily attach a electric fuel pump and check the bottom of the tank periodically.
It seems to be the least I can do maintain good fuel in the future!
Talked to Russells Exxon they are trying to get it but have not got any yet call first
Maybe its an Exxon decision.
Clair’s station on Folly road near the wappoo bridge has ethanol free 89, I think they told me they were not Exxon anymore.

Checked the Sonnys Citgo on Trolley Rd. in Summerville yesterday. Non ethanol 93 octane $4.04. When I check the pure gas sites on the web, they don’t show any stations in Summerville. I believe the Exxon near Town Hall has non ethanol gas.

I just found out Duncan’s Stop and Shop on redbank road now has 89 octane e-free gas. If you put in at Bushy it’s pretty close.

Hello, the Piggly wiggly station at ladson and 78 has non ethanol gas.93 octane. not sure of the price though.
