Eye Strike Sonar Seminar - Input Requested

We are planning an in-depth sonar seminar at our Eye Strike location on May 22. (http://old.charlestonfishing.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=180881)

In preparation, I wanted to get input from the community as to what you would like us to address? Most seminars scratch the surface, we want to go in-depth. What kinds of things cause you trouble with sonar that you would like to understand better?

Things like: Interpreting the side scan chart, etc.

Since this is Eye Strike, I assume this is for Inshore.

Graphs, features, etc. operate differently from one brand to another. Multiple sessions or break this session into brand specifics or identify how different brands handle different functions.

SI Screen speed, what it is, how it works, how to tune it for your boat. (i.e. boats idle speed), When to change it.

Selecting frequencies, what works best in our muddy water. Shallow (under 10ft), deep.

Local Charleston Area Images only. No “DEMO” or crystal clear images from FL or clear water areas.

“Shadows Never Lie” How to identify and interpret shadows.

Establish expectations, while the technology is getting better, be realistic about what we can expect from SI or down vs HD.

Screen size, Need, Want, OMG! What is that Widescreen 4K TV doing on your boat.
