Not as many but the taste is better. Hot banana, cayenne, jalapenos, habs, and ghost. Any suggestions?
Nice looking peppers!
I did the Ghost last year, will never do them again. They are just too hot and I like hot. Be extremely careful with them, if you use them I’d suggest using gloves to cut em up. Even after washing my hands I had an eye swollen shut from rubbing it.
Get some Jumbo Jalapeno next year and split in half de seed and stuff em… cream cheese and sauasage mixture, wrapped in bacon is what the wife uses.
Dry them on a cookie sheet at 200 degrees then grind
You’ll appreciate it in the winter
Pickel’em!!! Goes great on all sort of sammies and burgers and in salads.
Of course a good ABT (atomic buffalo turds) like Fred described is always a safe bet.

I do dehydrate and also pickle them. You are correct, the pickled hot bananas are great on a sandwich or sub. Also fresh ones sautéed with onions and bell peppers on a steak sand or sausage dog are great. I love pickled cayenne with greens.
I agree with bangstick
