I know any idiot can catch trout in October, but had to post some pics of my wife’s first fishing trip in 22 years. We used to fish a lot when dating and first married, but that ended abruptly when my son was born. He was home for fall break and that was enough to get her on the boat. She still has the touch after all that time. Caught about a dozen trout and one small red. Moved out front to try for a bull red. No takers but caught a few whiting and what seemed like 1000 weakfish. Got a few filets for him to take back to Wofford. Perfect day on the water.
