Fiberglass work needed

I have some built in storage with the drains at the ‘up’ end resulting in standing water most of the time. I would like to get someone to move the drains to the ‘down hill’ side. I don’t need a work of art, these are just storage containers / coolers, but I do need them to drain when not in use - or after I get crazy and clean them or something.

Any suggestions on someone in the area that is good with fiberglass?

Boat is on a lift, but can be trailered if needed.

If I were you I would drill a small hole on the lowest part of the storage are so the water can drain properlly,or either get on of those chamios/sponge and soak it up if you didnt wanna drill any holes.
