Fiddlers?

Have made 2 trips this week looking for fiddlers at a spot I usually find plenty, can’t seem to find any. Is it too early and they are just staying in the holes, I usually don’t fish with em this early but thinking about going to Edisto Nearshore tomorrow and wanted to carry some. Any one know where they’re at besides the tackle shops?

Would love to find an area that held them like this.

Down here is where a signature goes but they can confuse and anger some people so I don’t have one.

I know this doesn’t help for today, but they just came out in force this afternoon where I normally pick them up.

Thanks Rad, went back fishing on the incoming today in Toogoodo and saw some better numbers but still holding close to holes, may stop in the morning early at White Point on the way out, man what a tide this morning

You can’t catch fish on a dry line

A buddy got enough flipping over rocks at wappoo last week in about 10 minutes while we were waiting on a group charter pick up

the flat in front of the house had hundreds yesterday, will check later today, I need some money for Yobe frozen yogurt.

The video has been around for a few years. I just knew where to find it and thought it might be cool for some to see. I forget we have so many experts on this site in everything fishing related. I'm just glad you powered thru the harassment you used to receive from your offshore advice of "pick your days" and are still here.

The best time to catch them in the day is between 9:00 to 11:30 when the sun is just heating up and the tide is at the lower stages. They come out and group up in sunny sandy spots on the marsh and you can sweep them up with a broom and a dust pan.
