Hey y’all I got some frozen magi-mahi in the freezer and I wanna eat em for dinner tonight. Whats the correct or best way to thaw them out before I fillet them and then cook them? Thanks.

set it out until you can bend it straight. fillet with electric fillet knife. cook your favorite way.

i have a friend who used to come home drunk and freeze his fish whole, that was his method. i never noticed any difference as long as it wasn’t old.
