Caught 20"-22" stripers all day yesterday afternoon on upper Murray. They hit artificial and live bait (hate I left the fly rod home.) Went back this morning and only had a couple hits. Will try again tomorrow. They are real aggressive right now. Lots of fun if you can catch them biting. Quick tip on the artificials—if you stop the retrieve and pump it once—that would trigger a strike. Yall be good.
How far up? PM if you like. 95% flies for me. Boring any other way, IMO
Went this afternoon and they were biting like they were on Friday. RK, based on the number of boats out, it’s no secret. Fish, birds, and boats were from Spring Creek up a mile or two on both rivers.

Threw the fly a little. Had one strike that came loose. Had several short strikes on bait and lures.
