I was just looking through The Cruising Guide to Abaco 2012 and saw a product called Lands End Oil Sea Sting Ointment. Google that, It might be a handy thing to keep around. Says it works for stinging and itching caused by Sea Lice, Man-O-War, Fire Coral and jellyfish as well as many other stinging sea creatures.
