Trolled early this am not too much happening few peanuts, and missed a hoo thats about it. Found a large weedline in around 190 and had a blast with some nice dorado! The plan was to hit a reef on the way in, and try once again to find my cobia. Well, hit the 60 at about 4pm, threw 2 blocks of chum out and raised a few dwellers including my cobia. Threw a berkley gulp eel with my medium action daiwa with 25 pound test and 50 pound liter. This was one of the toughest pound for pound fish I’ve ever fought with. Took me 45 minutes to land him in the bote. Cant wait to throw these steaks on the grill this week!
Hope everyone got to enjoy this beautiful weather this weekend, back to reality for me tomorrow!
