Not a big one so crew deciced to keep it and smoke it. A little salmon seasoning prior to the smoker. Everyone thought it was O.K. but had mixed emotions about us keeping one. Usually don’t but a friend tried some in Costa Rica and said it was excellent. One other small Wahoo and two slinger dolphin and a King. Not a bad day for second time out this year. First sail for three of us. Can’t wait for next time.
