hey mac; i saw a cooking show the other day that showed them using two skewers on the shrimp. he said that using two made turning them a lot easier. i kinda liked his idea. if i ever get to catch any more shrimp i am going to try it. in the meantime; i will just have a couple of yours thank you. ha ha ha

two skewers is for rookies. just bend the shrimp and put the skewer threw the shrimp twice.
that is the way i have been doing it for over 25 years so i guess i do not qualify as a rookie but you got to admit that it is still a good idea. just because the idea is not mine does not mean that it will not work.
